I cook dinner every night for my dad and we eat at 6 pm and always have a meat, a veggie, a starch and a dessert! It's funny about that inner clock. We always ate at the same time, but I don't remember when it was. My life is structured around my hubby's inner clock, and his alarm goes off at 6:30.
