My debut on NPR is now available at http://www.hppr.org/hpw.html. Just scroll down to the picture of my book and click on the green title. You can listen to my response to the interviewer's questions and also hear my granddaughter, Em, respond to the interviewer's question about growing up in Pampa, TX.
That was an exciting discovery today! I am so pleased with the way it turned out.

I cried a tear of happy as I listened to your broadcast. Nobody could sound more professional than you did, not even Emma! Beautiful. Be sure you save a copy of that broadcast. It's also part of your legacy, and also Emma's. What a beautiful memory for the two of you to share.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that memory will give you a little extra energy to get you through your current life storm.
You folks have no idea just how natural Pat was in the recording session....not to mention that Emma. Wow! Call us when you're old enough to work, Emma and we'll get you on air pronto.
ReplyDeleteI was personally inspired to look at my life and think about keeping track of life now rather than later. It might be too late! Thank you Pat.

Hi Pat,
ReplyDeleteI linked here from Kara's where she wrote about your NPR interview. I will listen to this later. Congratulations and job well done!
Do you have another post where you give other details of how you have promoted you book? I just self-published a book on Proverbs and am looking for ways to let people know!
Thank you.
Warren
Thanks for your very nice email! I emailed a Christian radio station in Kansas and they want to see a copy of my book and are interested in setting up an interview. Good news!
